Anyone that uses this site is agreeing to the following terms and conditions as set forth by Creative Ideas LLC. If you do not agree to these terms or the find these terms not acceptable, you should cease use of this site. Creative Ideas LLC reserves the right to change or modify these terms or conditions at any time without any advanced notice. All images, copy, audio or video clips, is Copyrighted and owned by Creative Ideas LLC. No part of this site should be copied or reproduced with the written permission of Creative Ideas LLC. The information provided on this site as well as any technical advice or recommendations is only to be used as guidelines. Creative Ideas LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any damage or loss suffered as result of any type of use of any information provided anywhere on this site. You agree to indemnify and hold Creative Ideas LLC and owners harmless from any and all claims, losses, liability, cost, expenses incurred with any use of services or information provided by this site. When submitting any photos, slides, film, videotapes, or any other items to us, we always take care to return them in the same conditions as received. However you hereby acknowledge and agree that Creative Ideas LLC or its owners shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to such materials following receipt (whether due to our fault or negligence). The sole remedy would be to replace any damaged material with a blank tape or similar media. Creative Ideas does not make any other warranty whether  implied or not. All services must be paid in full prior to release of any media completed for the Client. However the original material that was submitted by the Client  may be release back to the Client without payment. We will try to contact you by phone and/or email at least 3 to 5 times once any service is finished. Any material left over 90 days after the service is complete will be considered abandon. After that time the items or materials items will be disposed of. We make no warranty as to the length of time any media will last. DVDs will last many years if handled and stored properly. It is suggested that as new technology comes out that any media is transferred to it. Electronic players tend to disappear as new technology come in. We We will not knowingly copy any copyrighted material that does not meet the guidelines for duplication or reproduction under the “Fair Us Doctrine”, so please do not ask. When the Client submits any media to us, the Client warrants that he or she owns or has purchased a right to copy or use the materials meets the “Fair Use Doctrine”. The Client agrees to protect and indemnity Creative Ideas LLC and owners or agents from any and all costs related to copyright infringement. We reserve the right to ask the Client for proof if we think it is necessary.
