Interest Rates

Interest interest rates are now increasing.  I have seen some rates for a 30 year fixed rate in the 5% range. If you do not have a mortgage company, we can give you the names of several you may want to chose from. You are free to compare rates with any of them or you can choose your own. Compare rates and closing cost carefully.

We do not recommend one over the other.
